PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please note that only $1000 USD deposit can be paid online. The balance is payable either in cash or bank transfer.

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash in store – those of you picking up the toys, parts, or other accessories in our EPIC RIDE store in Miami, can pay with cash in USD.
  • Bank transfer – a secure way to pay for your board without any additional fees. We fulfill your order once the correct amount has been received.
  • Credit card payment – enjoy comfortable, fast, and secure Shopify payments.

Pre-Owned toys have to be paid in full online!

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES

JETSURF BOARDS

As the only official distributor of the JETSURF boards in the US, we ship the JetSurf boards to all states of the US. The board shipping fees are based on the following regions of the US:

  • Miami in-store pick-up - FREE
  • Fuel powered boards - $490*/board
  • Electric boards - $490*/board (the hull only) + $200*/each battery
  • Hawaii, Alaska and the Caribbean - custom price calculated based on your location

            *flat fee for the whole US

FLITEBOARDS

  • Miami in-store pick-up - FREE
  • US shipping - $400/board
  • Hawaii, Alaska and the Caribbean - custom price calculated based on your location

ONEWHEELS

OneWheel can only be paid and picked up at the store in Miami. The address is 2318 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, 331 37 Florida

All shipments include insurance against damage of the board during the shipping process.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES – OTHER ITEMS

We offer the following shipping options on spare parts, merchandise, and accessories:

  • UPS®Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS Next Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air®Early

The exact price of shipping is calculated during the checkout according to the weight of the package and chosen shipping method.

Please note that even spare part orders with UPS Next Day shipping have to be placed before 12 PM EST Monday - Friday to be shipped on the same day. Spare parts orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

WARRANTIES

JETSURF WARRANTY

  • All new JETSURF boards (beside the Race Titanium DFI board) come with 12-months warranty on all key parts
  • Pre-owned boards come with 3-months warranty on key parts beside the engine and ICU. The engine and ICU are covered by 6-months warranty
  • New spare parts come with 6-months warranty
  • Race Titanium DFI boards are for racing purposes only and do not qualify for any factory warranty. All other qualifying new board purchases include a 12 month warranty on specified parts.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping of products to the shop when returning the goods and also for the shipping back to the customer including warranty repairs/ issues.
  • JETSURF is a lightweight easy to transport product, we are happy and accountable to process all warranty requests within the warranty time period and conditions. In order to process your warranty request and since the JETSURF is being shipped and transported easily all over the USA and worldwide, shipping to the store and from the store in cases of warranty request or approval will be under the user accountability.

FLITEBOARD WARRANTY

  • Fliteboard comes with a Limited Warranty which covers defects in materials or workmanship of the product and aligns to relevant consumer laws of the location of purchase. Further details about the Fliteboard Limited Warranty are set out in your Purchase Agreement. 

ONEWHEEL WARRANTY

  • The COMPANY warrants that the PRODUCT, other than the footpad, tire and battery pack, will be free from defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of 12 months / 2000 KM (1243 miles), whichever comes first. The warranty for the footpad, tire and battery pack is 6 months / 1000 KM (622 miles).

SEABOB WARRANTY

  • If the item delivered is defective or lacks the warranted characteristics, or if it becomes faulty as a result of manufacturing or material defects within the warranty period, then the Vendor shall at his option provide a replacement or carry out repairs. All other war­ranty claims are excluded.
  • The Seabob warranty period is 2 years beginning with the date of transfer.
  • The Purchaser is to inspect the delivered item carefully at the time of delivery or imme­diately thereafter. Obvious defects must be reported to the Vendor in writing immediately, at the latest 1 week after transfer. The defective item must be kept available for exami­nation by the Vendor in the state in which it was at the time the defect was detected. Violation of the obligations listed above voids any warranty claims against the Vendor.


TECHNICAL TRAINING

All of our toys are a state-of-the-art machines requiring care and maintenance. Therefore, it comes with one of the following training options (feel free to choose what you prefer):

  • Face to face technical training done at the EPIC RIDE store in Miami while the toy is being picked up
  • Online video maintenance tutorial followed by a control call

PRE-OWNED BOARDS

Pre-owned boards have only accessories included in the description, other accessory purchases may be made separately.

RETURN POLICY - PRODUCT PURCHASE

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We only accept returns on JetSurf boards that have not been ridden in the water.
  • Please keep the receipt and be aware that a 10% re-stocking fee applies!
  • Please be aware that there are no returns on helmets.

RETURN POLICY - EPIC RIDE EXPERIENCE

  • Refunds are available according to the following cancellation policy:
    • 100% refund will be provided if the lesson is canceled at least 7 days in advance.
    • 50% refund will be provided if the lesson is canceled at least 3 days in advance.
    • No refunds will be available for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance.
    • Once the lesson has been conducted, no refunds will be provided.

RETURN POLICY - SHIPPING FEES AND OTHER FEES

    • Shipping cost are not returned and label for shipping back is not included
    • EPIC RIDE does not cover the return shipping fee
    • Convenience fee and banking fees cannot be returned
